Lancaster County Weeklies is a publisher of three weekly publications. Lancaster Farming continues to GROW with circulation of over 60,000 copies weekly, with over 160 pages of news and advertising each week and is the #1 agriculture newspaper in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Our print products coupled with our website,, are a leading source of news and information for the farming and Ag communities we serve.  The Ephrata Review and Lititz Record are local publications offering community-specific information and the unique perspective of hometown life and we continue to grow our circulation in these areas.

We have an exciting opportunity for right individual to join our team at the Ephrata facility and be part of these three weekly publications with our circulation team 

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, though are not limited to, the following:

Primary responsibilities for circulation activities and customer service to existing and potential customers and providing satisfactory solutions to questions, problems and complaints.  Helping to increase circulation for our publications, Data entry, paperwork for contractors and USPS, entering subscriptions, changes and updates as well as other administrative duties.  Assists with mailroom activities and other office work.  Helps with any trade show activity for publications. Makes deliveries to stores and subscribers and other assigned duties necessary in offering exceptional customer service.



  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Efficient and accurate with attention to detail
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
  • Solid problem solving skills
  • Ability to speak clearly and use proper grammar
  • Valid PA Driver’s License


Computer, basic office equipment (PC, telephone, copier, calculator, fax, etc.).

Working Conditions:

Primarily a controlled office environment with some driving expectations.
